LIFE MASTERY – COAHING BASIC TO ADVANCED – SESSIONS
”The sessions will be written here between late Fridays-Sundays. I will make the exercises available for you so that you can proceed your training for the next coming weeks”.
The sessions will support you and empower you to take control of, and bring balance to, various DIFFERENT AREAS OF YOUR LIFE. It will assist you in developing your will power and personal discipline to ensure that YOU CAN CREATE WHAT YOU DESIRE IN LIFE. By taking control in all different areas of your life, the implication here is that you will with the choice you are presented, TAKE THE HIGHER PATH AND BEST OPTION – your choices will not only serve yourself, BUT ALSO OTHERS…. FOR THE GREATER GOOD.
The goal is to help you develop your will and ceeative capacity sufficiently to enable you, despite possible waning motivation energy and discipline, to remain FOCUSED upon taking actions towards that you which DESIRE. It will enable you in those times you are feeling TEMPTATION, INTErNAL RESISTANCE and SELF-SABOTAGE (some call this STRESS), to overcome limitation, thereby transcending to your higher – self. The sessions takes you along His Journey through a series of exercises designed to lend you to a greater AWARENESS, profound SEL-CONTROL and PERSoNAL EMPOWERMENT.
These principles do work. This program offers up THE ACTIONS YOU NEED TO TAKE in order TO CREATE THE OUTCOMES YOU DESIRE! You have a very POWERFUL MIND that can make anything happens as long as YOU KEEP YOURSELF….CENTERED.
Mastery begins with choice. You must first desire to have self-mastery and then make choices consistent with that desire. Next,….comes the development of the will and intuition. ”What you have to do and the way you have to do it is incridibly simple. Whether you are willing to do it, that’s another thing”.
This is a Step-By-Step Mastery process and each of these steps builds upon the last. Begin in earnest and continue to master each step and watch as your true potential unfolds. ”I SUGGEST that for the duration of the exercises you keep A JOURNAL and WRITE DOWN ANY THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, ISSUE that may arise as a RESULT of your changes. You may only write a few quick sentences each day…”
Each exercise of self development mastery program is to be done for at least one week, unless mastered earlier. If you master it earlier, that is, find the exercise to be completely within your comfort zone, and then proceed to the next exercise. Following the process will allow you to get the most of the sessions.
WEEK 1; Lessons
Life changes requires behavioral change. Behavioral change requires moving out of your comfort zone. This is the first step towards Self-Mastery. The best way to change your habits is do something differently.
The first exercise of the program is to awaken prior to your usual weakening time. If, for example you usually get up at 7:30 am, set your alarm for 6:55 am, NOT 7 am. NOT 7:15 am. Don’t even sleep in until 8am.
When I say rise, this does not mean lay in bed, hit the snooze or any variations of that intent, awaken at that time and rise for the day. YOU NEED NOTHING ELSE. Simply arise immidiately and go about your day.
If you awaken at 6:30 am then begin the day at 5:55 am exactly. Do not shirk this earlier start the day. Even if you are generally a later starter say 8:30 am, awaken no later than 7:55 am. The key to this exercise is to awaken 35 minutes before your usual awakening time, whatever it usually is.
The purpose of this exercise is simple. If you cannot control your what time you awaken, many other self-control mechanisms driven by emotional will be difficult to overcome.
Begin this task tomorrow morning and do it each day for the next week. You may need to go to bed a little earlier to be able to rise earlier. There is no harm in that. The point of this exercise is NOT to strengthen your will by showing you can get through the day with little sleep, but to make choices more aligned with powerful outcomes.
(Note; the only exception will be shift workers. The key here is to awaken earlier than you might otherwise do by at least 35 mins and not on the hour 5-10 mins before the hour is preferable . Adapt this exercise to your shift and life-style. However, do not find excuses in your hour of work to not undertake the exercise. As with other people, master this before proceeding).

WEEK 2; EXERCISE
If you have not been successful in rising earlier as I indicated in the previous exercise, I want you to continue with that exercise until you are able to to awaken early for a whole week. Do not begin with this exercise unless and until you have mastered the previous one.
Having awoken earlier for a full week. You have begun to develop your will. You have shown you can awaken early, as need arises or in fact, because you choose. For many, this is very difficult, however, you have succeed. This is a wonderful start. CONGRATULATIONS !
Now, we will expand this exercise to help you TAKE CONTROL OF THE PHYSICAL BODY, an important aspect of mastering your-self.
After arising (early), dress comfortably and go for a 10-mins brisk walk. Breathe deeply as you walk and simply be satisfied to be moving for the day. There is no need to time yourself. You have no requirement to raise your pulse rate. Simply go for an enjoyable brisk walk.
Do this irrespective of the temperature the weather or if it is dark or light outside. By doing this, you condition your body to respond to the mind. You may not want to go out, you may feel a little unwilling, but your mind will win as your will is developing. By successfully completing this exercise you have domination over your body. It is no longer rules you, driving you to sleep in later and stay in bed. You are able to getting up and get going, walking outside in the fresh air.
When you return, continue with the plans of your day. Continue this exercise for a full week

WEEK 3; EXERCISE
As you develop your will and you begin to make more consistent right choices you will begin to see that you can choose to do more. You will become less reactive and more proactive.
This week after arising and going for a walk, select a room where you can be alone and undesturbed. Now, I want you to sit erect comfortably, but do not lounge about. Let your toughest roam where they will be but be perfectly still for five mins to ten mins. As you find you are more and more able to do this, extend the time to fifteen mins, and then to half an hour by the end of the week.
Continue doing this exercise untill you secure full control of your physical being.
If you find it difficult , it may help to count or repeat a word or phrase (such as breathing in, breathing out or…peace). Do what is necessary to control your body to be perfectly stil.
You may blink and (of course) breath, but do not scratch, shuffle, cough or in any way wiggle in your chair. Be certain to sit with a straight spine and to maintain that wonderful posture.
Many may find this exercise extremely difficult, particularly those with busy lives or busy minds while others will conquer it with ease. But it is absolutely essential to secure complete control of the body before you are ready to progress to the next exercise.
If necessary, you can shorten your walk to five mins at this point to allow the thirty five mins you rose early to cover both the sitting exercise.

WEEK 4; EXERCISE

Last week you were given an exercise for the purpose of securing control of the physical body. If you have accomplished this, you are ready to advanced. This time you will begin to control your impulse for food. During this week do not eat any of the following foods, even if they are offered to you, even if there is nothing else available. Instead, simply go without. Just a quick note here on hunger pain. We have been conditioned over the years, keep our hunger pain has us running for food to fil the void.
Firstly, I encourage you to allow yourself to feel hungry without doing anything about immediately. Consider that those sensations are confirmation that you are alive, are quite normal, and do not need to be squashed back down immidiately with food. Secondly, hunger pains may may not really mean that we urgently need fuel our body to survive. May may I fact need water to hydrate. So if you feel hungry pains, have glass of water first before diving for food.
Choose to eleminate these foods from your edit (and strive to continue this throughput this program) •sugar foods; cakes, lollies, biscuits, ice cream, soft drinks etc. •Take away, junk or fast foods. •Greasy foods, fish, and chips, fries, hamburgers. •Processed food (usually high in salt, sugar, additives, etc).
In essence, choose not to eat any food you do not believe ENHANCES your Health and wellbeing. Any food that you know in your Heart of Hearts does not add value or health to your life. JUST THIS WEEK…..SAY NO. You may choose to have healthy snacks readily available such nuts, fresh fruits and vegetables to nibble on as replacement. It is better for you to skip a meal hand an resign yourself to an under developed will. Now…., I ask you to expand your morning exercise time to 15-20 mins for a he purpose of exercise. You are not required to do the sitting ”still ” exercise if you have masterd this. This is replaced by conscious food choices.
For this week’s movement Activity , choose a High-Energy exercise such as cycling, dancing or a gym work-pot. Some form of activity THAT You ENJOY that increases your heart rate and pulse and helps you to stretch a little. Do this for 15-20 mins upon rising early in whole week. When you have accomplished this, you are ready to advanced. Continue to manage this aspect of your exercise dietary choice while understanding the following exercise.

WEEK 5 Exercise
You will now begin to CONTROL your EMOTIONS, the reactive impulses that cause you to respond in ways that undermine you in so many situations.
Think of an experience that angered you, hurt you or has caused you pain. This may be some recent experience or some event long since past. Begin now to let the emotion go. Do not allow it to govern your senses. You may say….you cannot, that the pain is too great, that you cannot forgive what was done.
I want to remind you….that THE SECRET to forgiveness is that it isn’t done for the benefit of the person you feel you need to forgive, it’s what you need to do for you. The act of forgiving creates a physical release in your body, a sense of relief and lightning of your energy that allows you to move forward in life. An inability to forgive will hold your energy n the past and keep you weighed down with emotion. Remember also that by forgiving someone you’re not condoning their behaviour, some behaviour should never be condoned, but you ate forgiving the person for not have their own strength of will to behave in a more loving way. Begin by seeing the situation differently to how you see it now. See it from he other person’s point of view, then see it from the position of a third person who has perspective from each angle.
If the emotions are too intense, choose another emotion to release and then come back to this one once you have mastered this process, choose to see how the experience that inched caused you pain or hurt may actually have helped you to grow into the person you are today. Look for the positive lesson in the experience.
Many things that cause pain also hold wonderful opportunity. Much of people’s growth comes from their pain. See the healing possibilities that exist in ha e pain and transform each memory in this way. Do this in your morning session after rising early each day for this week. Do this in place of your movement activity. Work on the same emotion if necessary or heal more than one wound each day if that’s appropriate, as you feel a release with motions you let go of. When you feel you can move through and release emotions that trigger or hold you in pain, proceed to the next exercise.
”MEN (and women and children) CAN DO ALL THINGS IF THEY WILL”
WEEK 6, EXERCISE
Last week you were given an exercise to help you control your emotions. If you have accomplished this you are ready to advance.
This time, you will begin to control your thoughts. For this exercise, always use the same room, the same chair and the same position….if possible. In some cases it may not be possible to use use the same room. True masters make the best use of whatever is available. Again having risen early for the day, sit in your chair and be perfectly still as before. Now it’s time to release all your thoughts. At first, your mind will want to go through what you need to do for the day. What pressures you have on you, or even mundane matters. Don’t try to push those thoughts anywhere, just watch them pass and bring your mind back to an empty space.
Your goal here is to experience silence, blankness, emptiness, peace. By experiencing your ability to make your mind still, even just for a few seconds at a time, you will realize that you CAN have MASTERY over all your thoughts. This realization will then enable you to entertain only the kind of thought you desires and to choose in each moment to push aside negative thoughts that won’t serve you.
This is A POWERFUL DISCIPLINE that will serve you well when MASTERD. Initially, you might not be able to do this for more than a few moments at a time, but I encourage you to persevere. This exercise is VALUABLE because it will be a very practical demonstration of the great number of thoughts that are constantly trying to gain access to your mental world. Persist until you are confident that you have gained control of your mind. Until incessant thoughts begin to diminished or until you can inhibit though for at least 3 to 5 mins at a time.
When you have achieved this you are ready to proceed.

WEEK 7, EXERCISE
For your exercise this week, after rising early, I ask you to go one step further. I want you to not only sit perfectly still and inhibit all though as far as possible, but also relax, and let go your muscles. This will remove all pressure from your nerves and eliminate that tension that so frequently produces physical exhaustion.
Physical relaxation is a voluntary exercise is of great value because it enables your blood to circulate freely to and from your brain and body.
According from Master Key, tension leads to mental unrest and abnormal metal Activity of the mind, it produces worry, undue care, fear and anxiety. Relaxation is therefore an absolute necessit, in order to allow the mental faculties to exercise the greatest freedom.
Do this exercise as thoroughly and completely as possible . Mentally, determine that you will relax every muscle and nerve untill you feel quiet and restful and peace with yourself and …….THE WORLD…..
When you have mastered this, contineu on to the next exercise.

LIFE MASTERY-COACHING ADVANCED – SESSIONS
To MASTER something is to aquire COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE and GAIN CONTROL of overcome. Becoming a Master is about pushing yourself to Think and Feel beyond your/the boundaries of the world as you have come to know it. It is about getting back to the person you were born to be and discovering the greatness which lies within all of us.
We think we know ourselves. We think we have a handle on who we are our LIKES and DISLIKES, SKILLS, BELIEFS, WEAKNESSES and STRENGTHS. We all think we know how we are perceived by others whether they see what we see in ourselves. We all think we know where we are going and how we are going to get there.
But…, most oh us walk through life thinking we know, and then when The Universe thrown us a curve ball or drops something in our PATH which wasn’t meant to be there…WE BEGIN TO UNDERSTAND ….WE DON’T REALLY KNOW ATT ALL!
THIS IS A JOURNEY THAT REQUIRES YOU TO STRIP DOWN ALL YOUR BELIEVED …….TO BE TRUE ABOUT YOUR-SELF.
Life-Mastery-Session 1) • BEING ME ISN’T EASY = it’s not easy being a human these days. Life has speed up so much that it is incridibly hard to gain balance in an ever changing world. It is difficult to find your place or your feet. Jobs don’t last a lifetime like they should. Marriages don’t go the distance. Expectations have increased but support has NOT. The way we communicate has changed. We no longer actively engaged each other, preferring the company of technology to humans. IS IT ANY WONDER WE HAVE LOST THE ABILITY TO BE A MASTER IN OUR LIVES ? The thing they don’t tell you is to have it all…..you NEED to give a lot. We get into our HEADS, we leave our HEARTS and stop listening to our SOUL voices.
Your session with me contain these exercises; 1) You will learn to know THE VALUE of LIFE lies not in how much you posses, but HOW MANY MOMENTS you are AWAKE for. 2) You will learn how you will BE ABLE to SEE what lies Beneath the Surface. 3) You will learn how to Dig DEEPER, in able to LOOK further at a GREATER TRUTH which will be REVEALED.
