1) you should be in a comfortable position, then take a deep breathe and inhale through your mouth. Inhaling should last from 5 to 8 sec, but should not be forced in a way that you feel pressure on your chest.
2) breathe in as long as it feels comfortable and natural. You will hold your breath for a second there and then start exalting out for about 10 to 15 sec. Again you will be breathing out as long as it feels comfortable and as long as you have breath left to exhale, all the way to the end of your lung-capacity.
3) the best way to practice something/anything is to repeat. Repeating is meant to add to perfection, but also to help you reach the state MINDFULNESS and RELAXATION when it comes to Breathing. What you need to do is to repeat the breathing pattern you just have learned in order to become conscious over your breathing. In order to have this exercise working well for you, you will need to practice and repeat your breathing cycles. You will be inhaling and exhaling for at least 5 times in a way I have thought you.
I RECOMMEND REPEATING BREATHING CYCLES MORE THAN JUST 5 TIMES, AND NOT-LESS THAN FIVE-TIMES.
You don’t need to follow up with the exact timing for breathing intervals I have suggested, but you need to breathing, taking deep breathe while breathing in and out. Breath in trough your mouth and breath out through your nose. This exercise is meant to keep you AWARE of your Breathing, Preventing you from Breathing ONLY as by REFLEX.
TANTRIC BREATHING LESSON;2
1) get comfortable.
2) inhaling = you should feel comfortable and your breathing should feel natural.
3) exhaling = you should be completely stress-free as you are trying to release the tension. As you are slowly breathing out, you will start to release the tension you feel in your Body, going from one body part to another, once at the time.
Remember ….., exhaling is a whole lot separate step from inhaling because I want you to DEEPLY-FOCUS on BREATHING-OUT. The last step will be RELAXING your Pelvic-Muscles together with relaxing your leg muscles and your feet and toes.
4) repeat = it is for the best that you continue repeating the exercise until you start feeling more RELAXED and in CONTROLover your BODY. Repeating is THE KEY and RELAXING a way towards becoming A TRUE STUDENT you want to Become, both IN-BED & IN-LIFE. I RECOMMEND YOU TO DO AT LEAST FIVE CYCLES OF THIS BREATHING EXERCISE.

This 3:rd breathing lesson is meant to help you connect the previous breathing exercises and START W/ VISUALIZSTION. This is VERY IMPORTANT STEP towards the rest of the lesson LEADING TO YOUR GOAL as you will often Use Visualization for MOTHER-EXERCICES in The Student Program.
1) as always, you will be starting w/ getting yourself comfortable, and start relaxing.
2) as you are breathing IN and OUT as explained in the previous breathing lessons, you will be breathing IN for 5-8 sec and breathing OUTfor 10-15 sec. As you breathing in and out you will be VISUALIZING. The visualization exercise will be given during our workshop or can be given during your TANTRA session. WHY? Because, the visualization exercise MUST BE DONE IN A PROPER WAY, and I WANT TO BE SURE that you are IN A RIGHT TRACK.
Visualizing is a HANDY WAY of allowing yourself to RELAX and Implicate any type of Feeling and Emotion You WANT To EXPERIENCE. You will Learn to Control your Thoughts and your Feelings during Visualization, even if you feel stressed. It will SURELY help you RELEASE The TENSION and you will Feel much better.
3) you will be repeating this exercise in order to get better results and become completely AWARE of your Body and Breathing intervals. I recommend you repeat this exercise for entire 10 mins. During that time you will feel relaxed and obtained Stressed-Free experience. The 10 mins exercise is a minimal estimated time, although you are allowed to practice for more than 10 mins.

TANTRIC BELLY – BREATHING; l want to remind you that your Heart-Rate goes Hand in Hand with your Breathing. That means….when you breathe slowly your heart rate slows down, and when you are breathing shallow and fast your heart rate goes up. AROUSAL is narrowly connected to speed up heart rate that might be one of the REASON why you are having problems with EJACULATING before intended.
